Relaxation and Sleep
In gemmotherapy, NOCTIGEM promotes sleep and increases sleep quality through the action of two buds:- Linden bud, which has both calming properties of the flower and draining of the sapwood,- The fig tree buds, which acts in depth on the whole nervous system.
NOCTIGEM is particularly suitable for children.

Posology

5 drops daily in the evening, pure (hold 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water, or even better diluted in a tablespoon DEPURASEVE . Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until the desired effect, up to a maximum 20 drops per night.For children, 5 drops are enough.To be taken 30 minutes before bedtime.In cure, 3 weeks of daily use, then one week off for 3 months.In maintenance, one week per month.

Possible association

It is always better to associate the DEPURASEVE , it allows the elimination of toxins in the body and remineralization of it.Other possible combinations:
  • Depuragem (detoxing complex)
  • Lavender essential oil (massage)
  • Hawthorn bud
  • Bud walnut

l'effet n'est pas aussi rapide qu'on me l'avait décrit mais j'ai découvert une certaine efficacité aux 3/4 du flacon. je l'achète à nouveau

Il faut quelques nuits pour que l'effet apparaisse. Ce produit aide à ne plus ressasser ses angoisses la nuit.
