Relaxation and Sleep
In gemmotherapy, NOCTIGEM promotes sleep and increases sleep quality through the action of two buds:- Linden bud, which has both calming properties of the flower and draining of the sapwood,- The fig tree buds, which acts in depth on the whole nervous system.
NOCTIGEM is particularly suitable for children.

Posology

5 drops daily in the evening, pure (hold 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water, or even better diluted in a tablespoon DEPURASEVE . Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until the desired effect, up to a maximum 20 drops per night.For children, 5 drops are enough.To be taken 30 minutes before bedtime.In cure, 3 weeks of daily use, then one week off for 3 months.In maintenance, one week per month.

Possible association

It is always better to associate the DEPURASEVE , it allows the elimination of toxins in the body and remineralization of it.Other possible combinations:
  • Depuragem (detoxing complex)
  • Lavender essential oil (massage)
  • Hawthorn bud
  • Bud walnut

    J'ai commandé ce produit pour quelqu'un d'autre et qui avait des soucis cardiaques en plus des insomnies. Il a fonctionné là où tout avait échoué même le cardiocalm prescrit par le médecin.

    Premier essais, à me faire regretter de ne pas l'avoir testé plus tôt. Je me suis, enfin, mise à dormir dès le premier jour..... Je n'y croyais pas au début ! Je ne suis pas prête à laisser ce produit de côté. Pour avoir tester avec grand succès d'autres produits de cette marque, je ne peux qu'avoir une grande confiance.

    parfait, je suis "abonnée"
    je pense que je dois utiliser 2 flacons de 50ml par an
    je dors très bien sans faire de cauchemars et ne me réveille pas la nuit.
