Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, two tablets a day to be swallowed preferably with meals, or on the recommendation of a therapist.

Ingredients for 2 tablets: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 1000 mg, Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose) 1049 mg Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide 100 mg, vegetable stearic acid 86 mg, vegetable magnesium stearate 15 mg) 201 mg powder for red seaweed (L.calcareum) 150 mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 120 mg (150% RDA), L-lysine (L-lysine hydrochloride) 50 mg L-Proline 50 mg, Zinc (citrate) 15 mg (150% RDA), Cellulose gum 35 mg, coating agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 19 mg, vegetable glycerin 2 mg) 21 mg Copper (bisglycinate) 2000 mg (200% RDA).
