Dosage

Ingredients for 2 tablets: Magnesium (citrate) 400 mg (107% AJR *), Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) , Cellulose gum, Color (titanium dioxide).

Je prend le matin . Parfait mais j'en prend en continu car je ne le fixe pas donc 40ans que je me shoote ..je change régulièrement de marque . J'associe à la rodhiola.

Contrairement a ce que j'ai pu lire sur le citrate de Mg, la tolerance digestive est moyenne a dose de charge( 2 /jours).par contre bon rapport qualité/prix

excellent magnésium, ça vaut le coup de dépenser un peu plus qu'en pharmacie pour un produit de cette qualité
