Wheat germ
At the heart of the grain of wheat is the germ of wheat that contains all the elements necessary for the formation of a new plant. The wheat germ concentrates so many nutrients: it is rich in protein and fibres, but it is also a reserve of vitamins (E, B1, B6...), omega 3-6-9, minerals (zinc, magnesium...) and antioxidants (ex: lecithin) which protect the cells from the oxidative stress. To keep all its properties, the germ of wheat is preferably consumed raw or slightly heated ( it allows to slow the oxidation of the germ). Excellent dietary supplement, it represents a source of vitality and is an ally of your immunity.
