The essential oil of peppermint Bioflore relieves the pains of rheumatism and shock, but also fatigue, skin rashes and nausea.
Peppermint: to keep a cool head
The biochemical architecture of Bioflore peppermint essential oil revolves around two ingredients: menthol, a montepenol, and menthone, a ketone. More marginally, there are esters, oxides and sesquiterpenes.

In a spoonful of honey, incorporate a drop of essential oil of compact oregano (or mountain savory ), a drop of essential oil of cinnamon , a drop of essential oil of thyme with thujanol, a drop of oil clove essential oil and a drop of peppermint essential oil. Mix well. Pour in not too hot water, the size of a cup, and mix well. According to taste, you can add the juice of half a lemon. The amount of essential oil may seem large, it takes into account losses due to evaporation.
When you feel vulnerable, take it once a day and very occasionally. If the infection is installed, take it up to 4 times a day for 2 to 3 days.
