Recipe anti-flu grog
In a spoonful of honey, add a drop of essential oil of compact oregano (or winter savory), a drop of essential oil of cinnamon, a drop of essential oil of thyme thujanol a drop of oil essential of cloves and a drop of essential oil of peppermint. Knead well. Pour water not too hot, the volume of a cup, and mix well. According to taste, you can add the juice of half a lemon. The amount of essential oil may seem large, it takes into account the losses due to evaporation.
When you feel vulnerable, take it once a day and very occasionally. If the infection is installed, take it up to 4 times daily for 2-3 days.
