Lemongrass: to relax and open up to others


Two varieties exist lemograss: Cymbopogon citratus and Cymbopogon flexuosus.
The citrals type of aldehydes (geranial, neral ...) dominate and give this essential oil Bioflore paces of Litsée. However, alongside the expressive Litsée (still called "exotic verbena") and very complex verbena, lemongrass lacks neither character nor originality.

Use

  • Lemongrass essential oil is anti-inflammatory (rheumatism, arthritis ...). Dilution is always better because aldehydes are relatively dermocaustic.
  • It is sedative and soothes anxiety states.
  • It is digestive.
  • Some authors recommend the massage (well diluted) along the spine in cases of demineralization and osteoporosis.
  • She can express her emotions.
  • The lemongrass promotes openness to others.

Trick

  • Remember to incorporate in household products for its pleasant smell as fresh and as purifying.
  • By evening broadcast, use the lemongrass to better sleep if insomnia is due to emotional deprivation, to a need for reassurance.

L'huile est de très bonne qualité, mais le contenant ne me satisfait pas : les gouttes partent par trois, voire par dix la première fois... J'ai dû transférer dans un autre contenant vide (heureusement que j'en avais).

Quelle odeur incroyable!

Génial contre certains insectes, à combiner avec de la lavande (autant pour l'odeur que contre les insectes). Pour parfumer le sol quand je fais le ménage aussi.
