Properties

  • Promotes good circulation and helps eliminate the orange peel.
  • Relaxing and balancing, it promotes serenity.
  • Promotes a smooth digestion, especially in cases of slow digestion.
  • Purifies the atmosphere and hunting odors

Possible association

  • For a relaxing massage, combine lemongrass in equal proportion with lavender or marjoram (2 to 3 drops of essential oils in a little vegetable oil).
  • To clear the air, spread a mixture of lemongrass and peppermint for 1 / 4h 1/2 hours in the living rooms.

Use

  • Recommended use: orally, 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2-3 times / day.
