Use
Take 1 capsule per day, with a glass of water.

- Calcium L-ascorbate (82% Vitamin C): 610 mg
- Capsule: vegetable cellulose: approximately 90 mg
Special precautions
Do not exceed the maximum dose.
Not recommended for kidney problems over 200 mg vit. C per day due among other things to the risk of hyperoxalaemia.
