Ylang ylang: the "flower of flowers"

Dosage

  • External use: 3 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil + 3 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil to massage on the solar plexus or the inner face of the wrists for nervous problems, or on the painful area.

Trick

  • Scent idea: 2 ml of ylang-ylang essential oil, 1 ml of cedar or rosewood essential oil, in 100 ml of 70 ° alcohol.
  • 30 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil added to 1 liter of wax for your furniture will delicately perfume your home.
  • Against the difficulties of falling asleep and stress: dilute 2 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil, 2 drops of true lavender essential oil and 2 drops of mandarin essential oil in vegetable oil , and rub the wrists, the solar plexus and the arch of the foot.
