Fucus: a useful algae for slimming


Fucus Super Diet is a small brown seaweed that swells once in the stomach and helps to increase the feeling of fullness. This algae supports lipid metabolism and thus contributes to weight loss.

Indication

Fucus ( Fucus vesiculosus L. ), also called Kelp, is a brown algae found on the Atlantic, Pacific, North Sea and Baltic coasts.
It contains minerals and mucilages including alginates used in food as thickeners or gelling agents.

Dosage

3 capsules per day maximum, at mealtimes.

Composition

 Fucus * (thallus) - Rice starch * - Fish gelatin capsule * (alcohol vinegar * - glucose syrup * - anti-caking agents: soya lecithin *, rapeseed oil *) - Bulking agent: gum 'acacia*.
* Ingredients from organic farming.

A daily intake of 3 capsules provides you with 300 mg of Fucus including 90 to 150 µg of iodine.

Special precautions

  • Not recommended in case of hyperthyroidism.
  • Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
