Will I be informed about the progress of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive two emails :

• The first will confirm the successful registration of your order and will be sent within a few minutes of placing the order.
• The second will notify you of the shipment of your order as soon as it is handed over to the carrier and will allow you to track the progress of your parcel online on the carrier's website.

For a delivery to a pick-up point, you will be notified by email and/or SMS when your order is available at the pick-up point and can be picked up.
