One of the received items is damaged or missing, what to do ?

In the case of a received item that is damaged, take several pictures of the damaged item. If the cardboard box has also suffered damage, feel free to take a picture of it as well.

In case of a missing product

Please make sure that it is not a partial shipment either :

  • Through your customer account on your website > my orders
  • Through the shipping note in your package that lists the items that will be sent to you later. 

 

The missing product is listed on the list of items delivered, but not in your package ?

Please log in to your customer account > my account > after-sales service > open a file > missing merchandise.
