Reishi (Active ingredient)

The Reishi (or Shiny Ganoderm) is a mushroom with a lateral foot and whose hat looks like varnished wood. It has been used for over two millennia in traditional Chinese medicine where it is considered "the fungus of long life" (fortifying, immune stimulant). Adaptogen, Reishi helps the body to adapt to its environment. For example, it can bring its benefits to convalescents, or in general to anyone who lacks vital energy (“Qi” in Asia).
