Indication

Part of the plant used: leaf.

Posology

Take 20 to 25 drops diluted in a beverage 3 times a day (3 to 3,8ml per day) for 3 weeks.Maximum daily dose: 75 drops or 3.5 g of extract which corresponds on average to 1750mg of fresh leaves of Plantago lanceolata.

Hydro-alcoholic extract of Plantago lanceolata *.

Très efficace pour problèmes respiratoires mon époux en 3 jours n'a plus toussé, alors que la journée et surtout la nuit c'était invivable. Il ne pouvait dormir que par épisodes courts et en position quasiment assise.
Ce produit m'a été prescrit par mon médecin, il y a des années.

Mon fils prend ce produit pour des problèmes d'asthme et d'eczéma mais c'est un peu tôt pour savoir si c'est efficace.
