Vitamin B5 is the vitamin for athletes: it facilitates recovery by slowing the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles.

Vitamin for athletes

The main property of vitamin B15 is to slow down the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. It thus facilitates the "breathing" of muscle cells during long-term efforts, which is particularly important for endurance events.
Vitamin B15 is valuable during training periods, during competitions and to aid recovery.

Dosage

1 to 6 capsules per day.

  • vitamin B15: 150 mg
Made without preservatives, coloring, synthetic flavorings, GMOs.
