Calm and serenity


These tablets based Wort (St. John) and magnesium help you keep morale.

Virtues

  • St. John's wort soothes and relaxes in passenger stress situations without creating addiction.
  • Magnesium contributes in turn to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Dosage

  • Take 2 tablets of Happy & GB per day with water or juice before or during meals. The first effects will be felt after 2-3 weeks of use.
  • Continue for 2 to 3 months at least for optimal effect.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight during shooting.

Indication

Suitable for vegetarians.
The color, smell and taste of this product may vary without affecting its quality and efficiency. This is due to the natural character of the ingredients.

Composition

Magnesium salt of citric acid (magnesium: 160 mg / 2 comp = 42% RDA *.); agent: microcrystalline cellulose; solids and powder flowering tops of St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L. - 438 mg / 2 comp.), maltodextrin; anticaking: talc, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose. 
 * RDA = Recommended Daily.

Special precautions

  • Not recommended for renal impairment due to the presence of magnesium.
  • Tell your doctor and / or pharmacist if simultaneous medication.
  • Pregnancy and Nursing: medical advice recommended.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
  • Dietary supplements can not be used as substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
