Use

Take 2 capsules per day, with a full glass of water for 3 months.

Composition

Ingredients for 2 capsules: Linseed oil ( Linum usitatissimum ) 1,600 mg (including 920 mg of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) *); Capsule shell (bovine gelatin; emulsifier: glycerol); Evening primrose seed oil ( Oenothera biennis ) 180 mg (including 16.2 mg of gamma linolenic acid (GLA)); Olive fruit oil ( Olea europaea ) 120 mg; Lipowheat®: Wheat seed oil ( Triticum aestivum ) (gluten) 100 mg (including 3.5 mg of ALA * and 0.2 mg of ceramides); Wheat germ oil ( Triticum aestivum ) (gluten) 60 mg (including 4.2 mg of ALA *); Macadamia nut oil ( Macadamia ternifolia ) 20 mg.
 * Total alpha linolenic acid: 927.7 mg
