Magnesium orotate Association (Mg) and potassium (K) soothes the contractions of all kinds, especially from nerve or muscle origin, but also irregularities in the heart.

The major indication is the relief of cramps that occur during or after a sporting effort causing a buildup of lactic acid in the muscles. The recovery is improved.
