Use
Collect fresh urine in a cup at 10am, noon and evening. Enter a test strip with dry fingers. Dip the test strip 1 second into the urine, remove and discard the excess liquid.
The tab changes color to moistened places, depending on the pH value. Compare the color with the color scale within 2 minutes (accuracy: ± 0.1 pH). If the pH is greater than 7, the urine is acidic if the pH is below 7, the urine is basic.
