Cocoa Butter: an ingredient nourishing & softening
Cocoa Butter is a nourishing and softening active ingredient which finds its place in many recipes cosmetics house (lip balm, massage balm, sunscreen lotion, nourishing cream ...). It is suitable for dry skin, which "pull" as well as mature and wrinkled skin.

Indication
Cocoa butter is hard at room temperature.
It is therefore recommended to use balm or as an ingredient of an emulsion.
Use
Dissolve the cocoa butter in the hot oil phase of your cosmetic preparation.
- Assay in a balm: 1 to 80% of the total weight of the preparation.
For example, use a vegetable oil as anti-aging Argan , Musk Rose and Jojoba . Mix the two ingredients then cool. You can add up to 0.2% of vitamin E (tocopherol).
- Dosage in a cream: 1 to 5% Cocoa Butter in the oil phase of your preparation.
Melting point: 34 ° C.
