use

  • Oral route: recommended in 21-day course. take morning and evening ½ teaspoon before the meal. Melt under the tongue.
  • Cutaneous route: apply a thin layer of 3 mm on the area to be stimulated (skin, face, nails). Leave on for at least 15 minutes. Rinse.
  • Hair mask: mix ½ teaspoon in ½ glass of water. Apply on the scalp. Massage for a long time and rinse.
