Steps 1: Hygiene As you would when using tampons, always wash your hands before inserting and removing Mooncup®.

Steps 3: insert 
Spread the lips and place the cup as low and comfortably as possible in the vagina (lower than a tampon).
Steps 3: Remove and empty 
It is recommended to empty it every 4 to 8 hours.
Note: The base of the cup should be positioned as low as possible in the vagina. Since the length of the vagina is variable, you may need to cut the stalk of your Mooncup the first time you use it to feel perfectly comfortable.
Notes: Even if many manage to use Mooncup right away, it can take up to
3 cycles to get started. Remember that your
reusable menstrual cup has a
life span of several years . Once you have found the trick, you will not want to go back.
