Welfare Orthonat

Well-being is a state of health, self-realization, pleasure, harmony with others and with oneself. The dictionary defines this word as a "pleasant state resulting from the satisfaction of the needs of the body and the calm of the mind. "

Thus, well-being has two components:
  1. The psychological well being .
    Personal and subjective, it can come from various satisfactions (financial, professional, sentimental ...) but also from the absence of mental disorders.
  2. Physical well-being
    It can be defined as a feeling of good physiological health and satisfaction of the basic needs of the body. The absence of fatigue and stress is also important to access this form of well-being.

To feel good, there are many techniques including relaxation. Quality sleep is also essential to our well-being. A good night's sleep contributes to our emotional, bodily and mental balance. Yet it is one of the first physiological functions to be disturbed.

Herbal medicine can also contribute to well-being. Plants are especially recommended to facilitate falling asleep or find a quieter sleep, but also during the day in case of stress for example.
