Helichrysum: soothing and fluidifying


The advice of the Aromatherapist, André Bitsas ( Body and Soul Aromatherapy, Editions Amyris, p. 134):
" Property that distinguishes it among all: the essential oil of helichrysum thins the blood, is anticoagulant . It is remarkably effective on hematomas (" bruises ") even old and internal.

Any treatment of varicose veins and heavy legs involves helichrysum in its composition. The same goes for any treatment for rosacea.

The aroma that emerges is sweet, lively, intense. The helichrysum esters explain the rounded first impression. Then, the diones, ketones and oxides push to a masterful flight. Helichrysum essential oil has an intense psychological effect. It certainly brings appeasement, but appeasement which is only the prelude to the full availability of the mind. It stimulates intuition, imagination, creativity . Helichrysum is capable of making dreams and dreams appear. For these applications, apply it as an anointing on the solar plexus, the internal faces of the wrists, on the neck… For atmospheric diffusion, avoid the nebulizer and prefer more discreet approaches: ceramic, ventilation, perfume burner. Dosage

Ingredients for 50 ml of cream:

  1. In a double boiler, melt the beeswax in the vegetable oil of apricot kernels.
  2. When the wax is completely melted, remove from the heat and add the helichrysum hydrosol by stream, stirring "in 8" at the bottom of the bowl using the mini-whisk. Avoid the wax solidifying on the edges of the bowl.
  3. Add the essential oil, vitamin E and EPP at the very end.
  4. Potty

This cream can be applied morning and evening to a clean face, targeting the area affected by rosacea. The cream will keep for 1 to 2 months in the refrigerator.
