Hericum (Active ingredient)

Hericum
Hericium (or hedgehog hydne) is a very rare fungus in the wild, which grows on oak, beech and maple. Hericium is one of the largest mushrooms in the world considered a vital mushroom due to its high content of trace elements including iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, selenium and zinc. All these trace elements help support the body's defense systems as well as a good supply of oxygen. With the exception of methionine and tryptophan, the Hericium fungus contains all the amino acids essential for humans. Rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins, this mushroom is a real source of significant vegetable protein. Cultivated in Asia, Hericium is widely used in Chinese herbal medicine because it has beneficial properties for memory and the regeneration of neurons.
