Glucomannan (Active ingredient)

Main constituent of Konjac root (tuberous plant native to Vietnam), Glucomannan is a polysaccharide which has the particularity of absorbing up to 100 times its volume in water. It then turns into a kind of gel with a high viscosity. These specificities make Glucomannan an ally of low calorie diets (feeling of satiety) and intestinal transit (anti-constipation).
