use
- Intensive course: Take 30 ml three times a day for 2 to 3 months and then proceed to the maintenance treatment.
- Maintenance treatment: take 15 ml using the measuring cup, 2 times a day, 15 to 20 minutes before meals and medications.
Composition
Purified water, silicic acid: 30 mg, horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.): 15 mg, rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.): 7.5 mg.

J'ai déjà eu l'occasion de consommer du silicium d'autres marques, mais il me semble que celui-ci est plus efficace (en tous cas pour ce qui est d'aider à l'assouplissement des tendons).
