Use

It is recommended not to consume more than 15g of Chia seeds daily.To enrich your nutritional intake, you can sprinkle seeds Chia tlles what your salads, and yogurt.Chia ducts can also be incorporated into your preparations of bread or pastry. They include the ability to give your sweet cakes or to thicken your smoothies.
