This rice is ideal for making sushi and maki!
Sushi is a Japanese dish made of rice and raw fish.
These "balls" rice can take various forms and adapt more western recipes (eg natural tuna cooked instead of raw fish, omelette, ham ...). All fantasies are allowed!
For lunch on the go, think "sushi" is eating light, healthy and nourishing!

Use
Allow rice 250g for 4 maki sushi rolls (4 people).
For the sauce: 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons of agave syrup (or blond cane sugar), 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
- Thoroughly wash the rice until the water runs clear.
- Cook covered 1 volume of rice in 2 volumes of cold water for 10 to 15 min. after boiling, until complete absorption of water.
- Let stand a few minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the three ingredients in a bowl.
- Add it to warm rice and mix the whole without crushing to permeate every grain of rice.
- Cool to room temperature and form the sushi with wet hands.
