The seeds to germinate daikon radish have a pronounced flavor.

This germinated seed is eaten as green sprouts in salads and raw vegetables.
Of the cruciferous family, it is rich in vitamins B, C as well as iodine, magnesium and sulfur.

Excellent liver draining, radish daikon seed germ is recommended in the intestinal fermentation, the hepatism and slow digestion.
