Seeds germinate in Cresson

Use

Soak 1-2 tablespoons of seeds in a bowl of water overnight.
To activate the germination of some seeds, put them in the refrigerator overnight before soaking. Rinse and pour into a sieve trays hotbed of your Bardo'germ or your germination cup.

  • Rinse morning and evening.
  • Do not expose the seeds to direct light.
  • Temperature between 18 and 20 ° C.
  • Before consuming your sprouted seeds, rinse and wring them.
  • Sprouted seeds can be stored six days in the refrigerator in an airtight box.

Graines pas toujours facile à faire germer, demande une attention particulière, mieux vaut les mélanger avec d'autres graines moins mucilagineuses pour un meilleur rendement.
