Mix'Gom is a 100% vegetable binder that gives an airy and soft texture to your gluten-free bread and pastries. Mix'Gom combines psyllium and acacia gum: two fibers that have been used for millennia for their multiple properties resulting from their mucilage content.
The Mix'Gom can be used in two different ways:
in baking preparations (bread dough, cake dough) to structure your dough, soften it and give it a soft, airy and non-sticky texture.
as a cold thickener (sauce, cream, etc.).

Use
For a bread dough: use 1 rounded teaspoon (about 5g) for 200g of flour.
For a cake batter: use half a teaspoon of Mix'Gom (see 1 teaspoon if your recipe contains little or no egg) for 200g of flour.
To thicken a cold liquid: use 1 teaspoon for 200ml, mix well and wait a few minutes for the preparation to thicken.
