Activated charcoal

The Activated carbon ' is a vegetable coal of which the structure is made up of a network of tiny pores. These micropores confer on coal a capacity for exceptional absorption of gases (100 times its volume) and other substances. This is why our grandmothers used already the Activated carbon as food supplement to act in a natural and effective way against the distensions , intestinal fermentation as well as many digestive disorders .

One also employs the Activated carbon to fight against the intoxications and poisonings (ex: absorption of drugs, heavy metals,…).

As a food supplement, the Activated carbon is available in the form of powder or of capsules easy to use. The Activated carbon is in addition effective for to purify the air polluting substances and odors.
