Properties

  • Calming and relaxing, it is useful in case of stress or nervousness.
  • Promotes a peaceful sleep.
  • Relaxant, soothes and promotes flexibility of muscles and tired joints.
  • Cleanses, purifies, soothes and helps to regenerate the skin.
  • Purifies the air.

Possible association

For a relaxing bath, pour in the water 10-15 drops of lavender, previously diluted in Disp'arome.

Use

  • Recommended Use: Oral, 1-2 drops diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2-3 times / day.
  • Uses include diffusion, massage, compresses, bath.
