Spike lavender grows at a lower altitude than true lavender. Species generally wild, it grows on hills not exceeding 600 meters. The three major ingredients of its biochemistry are linalool (a common monoterpénol), cineole and camphor (or bornéone).
Vive and oxygenating it perfectly expresses the bright and wild nature from which it originated. No internalization soothed as in the case of fine lavender, but a frank openness of heart and mind to the escape and expatriation.
- excellent action against fungi
- expectorant and mucolytic
- tonic
- helps fight external aggression
