Mentioned many times in the texts of the Gospels, Nard is probably one of the oldest oriental perfumes. Known traditional Ayurvedic medicine, essential oil gives off a woody smell, musky, spicy, and humus base note.

Dosage

  • External: for Psoriasis, apply 2-3 drops per day of a mixture of 1 drop of essential oil of nard, 1 drop of essential oil of Atlas cedar, 1 drop of essential oil of chamomile noble 10 drops of vegetable oil Rosehip .
  • Internal use: see your doctor.

Trick

  • For palliative care, mix 1 ml of essential oil of nard, 1 ml of essential oil of hemlock (Tsuga canadensis) and 3 ml of vegetable sesame oil. Apply 4 drops on top of the feet and 3 drops in the palm of his left hand massaging the center to the periphery.
  • To fight against hyperkinesia (motor hyperactivity, uncontrollable urge to move): Mix 2 ml of essential oil of lavender , 3 ml of essential oil of Roman chamomile and 2 ml essential nard oil. Locally applying 6 drops of the mixture, along the spine, 2 times a day, and 3 drops on the solar plexus morning and evening.
