  • Part of the plant used: fresh zest.
  • Chemotype: limonene.
  • Extraction: Cold expression.

Use

  • Take 1 drop of essential oil Grapefruit Ladrôme diluted in 1 teaspoon honey or vegetable oil or a neutral tablet , 1-3 times a day.
  • A daily dose (1-3 drops) = 0.04 to 0.12 ml.
  • For other uses, seek advice from a professional.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Composition

Ladrôme Grapefruit essential oil (Citrus x paradisi) from organic agriculture.

Special precautions

  • Storage away from heat and light, out of reach of children.
  • Do not use to replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation, and for children under 8 years.
  • Do not use pure essential oils directly on the skin (diluted in vegetable oil).
  • Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. Accidental splashed in the eyes, flush the eye with a base of vegetable oil.
  • Avoid sun exposure after using essential oils photo-sensitizing (citrus oils).
  • In case of accidental ingestion, ingest vegetable oil (and if possible induce vomiting) and consult a doctor.
  • If hypersensitivity or allergic ground, test the essential oil before use: dilute 1-2 drops in a little vegetable oil and apply in the crook of the elbow. After a few minutes, see a possible reaction.
  • Do not use a naked flame or heat source.
