Very appreciated in the food for its anisated taste, the fennel is a common plant that the one finds in India, in Japan, in Central Europe and on all the Mediterranean circumference.

Posology

   External way: 2 to 3 drops of  essential oil of fennel mixed with the same quantity of  oil of hazelnut, in massages on the belly, to improve digestion and to support the rules.
