Energem is composed of :
- Scots pine buds
- mountain ash buds
- buds of hawthorn leaves
- warty and downy birch buds
- flower heads of lavender
- Valerian roots
- vanilla fruits.

Hawthorn, lavender and valerian stimulate mental energy.
The mountain ash promotes physical energy.

Take 5 of Energem, 3 times a day, except for meals.
The drops are taken directly pure on the tongue or diluted in spring water or honey.
