Folding techniques:

Tip : in case of difficulty insertion or dryness of the mucous membranes, you can use a water -based lubricant, a water-based lubricant in an applicator or simply moisten your menstrual cup.

How to remove Me Luna:
1. In a comfortable position, use your fingertips to find the rod, ball or ring at the end of the menstrual cup.
2. Pinch the base of the cup with your thumb and forefinger.
Note: make sure that the depression is done correctly so as not to feel the "suction cup" effect when removing.
3. Turn your Me Luna by pulling it gently downwards.
4. Empty your menstrual cup in the toilet, rinse and replace or sterilize, dry and store it in its pouch protected from light. The menstrual cup should be emptied several times a day (2 to 4 times).
