Psyllium: for a regulated intestinal function
Recommended by the WHO, Psyllium - also called Ispaghul - has been used for many years in India and Pakistan.
The seed coat which is the seed coat is rich in mucilages. It is these mucilages which will form a gelatinous mass on contact with the water present in the intestine.

If necessary, you can increase your dose to 3 tablespoons per day in several divided doses. It is important to drink in an amount proportional to your daily dose of Psyllium.
