The authors :
Thierry Thomas was a journalist for many years.
After having been director of the Thermes d'Allevard, he is now a cardiac coherence advisor and in 2012 founded the RespiRelax application which has now attracted millions of people.
Dr Sarah Merran graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Paris, specializing in morphological and anti-aging medicine. She trained in nutritional and functional medicine and graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Dijon, in food, health and micro nutrition.
