Relaxation Elixir: a soothing cocktail
Relaxation Elixir is formulated from carefully selected flowers that work synergistically with Bach flower selection to promote relaxation.
It is ideal for live and sleep quietly in peace again.

Properties

  • Passionflower is traditionally used to calm anxieties.
  • Hawthorn, pacemaker, and the Lavender known for its sedative and soothing, help people back into sleep.
  • Hops and Poppy are also excellent nervous sedatives that allow the easing of tensions.
  • Melissa, calm and harmonizes the stress-related indigestion.
  • Sage, an excellent hormone regulator acts on the troubles of menopause and help to find new natural balance.

Indication

The Relaxation Elixir is indicated for:
  • nervous, stress fatigue.
  • sleeping troubles.
  • digestive disorders related to stress.
  • nervous tension.
  • menopause.

Use

Take 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day or more according to need.You can also be diluted in a liter of water your daily dose of elixir and drink throughout the day.To balance your body in depth, it is advisable to take the elixir for 28 days (one complete lunar cycle) several times a year.Elixir This may have a cloudy appearance, which does not affect its quality

Découvert par hasard lors d'un séjour en France. Outre le fait que le goût est agréable, la cure ( deux mois) semble également efficace. Moins de nervosité, stress en baisse, sommeil amélioré.
