Je suis déçue . Je possède déjà le guide pratique familial et avait trouve les références de cet ouvrage à l intérieur . Je m attendais à un ouvrage plus simple et abordable suite à la description qui en était faite sur votre site. Cet ouvrage est trop complexe et orienté à des professionnels de la santé . Je regrette mon achat .

Livre arrivé en très bon état. Globalement complet et utile en pratique.
Il manque éventuellement les voies d'administration principales possibles sur la description des huiles en fin d'ouvrage qui aurait permis un usage plus aisé.
