This aromatic herbal tea combines Bach flowers and plants to help you regain confidence and to cope more easily with everyday life.

Indication

This herbal tea contains the following Bach flowers:
  • Charm
  • Olivier
  • Eglantine
  • Elm
  • Gentian
  • Knapweed

Use

Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
Pour 200ml of boiling water over the sachet and let infuse for 8 minutes, then remove the sachet from the cup.
Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice.

Aerial part of lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) *, lemon zest (Citrus limon) *, orange zest (Citrus sinensis) *, ginger rhizome (Zingiber offi cinale) *, anise fruit (Pimpinella anisum) *, peel cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) *, jasmine green tea (Camellia sinensis) *, licorice rhizome (Glycyrrhiza glabra) *, cocoa bean husk (Theobroma cacao) *, mate leaf (Ilex paraguariensis) *, root of ginseng (Panax ginseng) *, guarana seed (Paullinia cupana) *, mixture of Bach flowers * (hornbeam, olive tree, wild rose, elm, gentian, knapweed).
